Shipping, Customs and Returns

Welcome to the studio. Because this artwork features heavy-bodied sculptural textured, hand-applied metal leaf and custom finished woodwork, our fulfilment process operates on a deliberate, gallery-standard timeline. Every single order is personally inspected, hand-finished and packed within the Gloucestershire studio to ensure museum-grade preservation during transit.

 

Shipping and Delivery Framework

Domestic Delivery (Original Artworks and Prints)

Secure domestic shipping is provided strictly across the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

  • Original Framed Canvases (Audacity, Dauntless, Defiance and Temerity): Original works are protected with museum-grade glassine paper, rigid corner guards and encased in double-walled gallery crates. Dispatched via premium, fully tracked and insured ground couriers (Parcelforce or DPD). A signature and ID verification are strictly required upon delivery.
  • Limited Edition Prints: Shipped flat in rigid board packaging via Royal Mail Tracked.

International Delivery (Limited Edition Prints only)

Hand-gilded archival prints are available for International Shipping. (including the USA, Europe and Worldwide). Original canvas paintings are strictly restricted to UK domestic transit due to their fragile, heavy-body 3D nature. All global print orders are dispatched flat via Royal Mail International Tracked.

 

Studio Handling and Creation Timeline

As studio practice is balanced alongside a professional commitments, items are not dispatched next-day. Please factor in the following turnaround windows before tracking links become active:

  • Original Artworks: Please allow 10 - 14 working days for final inspections, curing, framing adjustments and specialised structural packing.
  • Limited Edition Prints: Prints are not pre-packaged. Each archival piece is individually hand-gilded with metal leaf upon purchase. Please allow 14 - 20 working days for the artwork to be hand-finished, dried, sealed and securely packed.

 

International Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments originating from the UK may be subject to local import VAT, customs clearances, or courier handling fees applied by the destination country's border authorities. 

These external border fees are determined entirely by the local destination government and are the sole responsibility of the collector. The studio holds no control over these statutory international customs charges and cannot predict their final cost.

 

Returns and Cancellations Policy

Original Artworks (1-of-1 Assets)

Due to the profound scarcity and exclusive nature of unique original fine art, all sales of original canvases are final. Returns, exchanges, and mind-change refunds are not available for Audacity, Dauntless, Defiance or Temerity. Thorough review of all homepage video loops and texture detail shots is is highly recommended prior to acquisition.

Limited Edition Prints

Under UK consumer regulations, the right to cancel a print order remains valid within 14 days of physical receipt. However, because each print to an individual commission that is hand-gilded specifically to order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund to cover the loss of premium luxury studio materials.

  • Condition for Return: The print must remain completely untouched inside its unopened and sealed sleeve, perfectly flat within its rigid board mailer.
  • Return Transit: The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for trackable, insured return shipping. If an item returns to the studio bent, scratched, or tarnished due to poor return packaging, a refund will be denied.

Immediate Cancellations Window

To cancel a transaction immediately after purchase notification must be submitted via the contact page within 12 hours of order placement. Once a print has entered the hand-gilding sequence or an original has been structurally mounted into its custom forest green floating frame, cancellations cannot be processed.
